ABSTRACT: The impact of digital storytelling in enhancing vocational education is profound, offering innovative ways to engage students and improve learning outcomes. This study aimed to evaluate how digital storytelling can enhance vocational education, identify the specific skills and competencies developed, and assess student satisfaction with digital storytelling as a teaching method. A survey design was employed to gather comprehensive data from participants involved in digital storytelling in vocational training. The sample size comprised 200 students from various vocational institutions. Purposive sampling was used to select participants with prior experience in digital storytelling. The case study was conducted at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Akoka, Lagos State, Nigeria. Findings indicated that digital storytelling significantly improved students' communication and critical thinking skills, increased their engagement and motivation, and provided a more personalized and meaningful learning experience. Students reported high levels of satisfaction with the digital storytelling approach, appreciating its interactive and immersive nature. It was recommended that vocational training institutions integrate digital storytelling into their curricula and provide training for educators on effective storytelling techniques to enhance educational outcomes.
